This laptop arrived with us in a batch of machines that had been setup but not actually put in to use, it is brand new and unused. The battery report still confirms 100% maximum charge capacity.
The standard spec has just 128GB SSD, we have swapped this for a much more useful 256GB NVME SSD. The RAM is DDR5, much more bandwidth and speed than DDR4 so 4GB is much more capable, the RAM is soldered so cannot be upgaded.
If you would prefer Windows 10 then just let us know, we'll install and set it up for you for free.
