This laptop was taken in part exchange, it is operating just as it should and passed all of our testing processes. It had been used for office typing and mostly attached to the mains, so not travelled far. The keyboard letters were fairly worn so we have put key letter face stickers in place (please see photos).
The battery report shows good health, still offer 70% of the original charge capacity.
