This laptop came to us missing its original box, it is new and unused, the battery report shows it is still offering 100% of its original charge capacity and it has only ever had 1 charge cycle being us for the updates.
It is, of course, supplied in perfect condition, and doing exactly as it should. Reset, upgraded, reinstalled, fully updated, and now ready for immediate use. Currently running Windows 10 Pro, if you would prefer Windows 11 Pro then just let us know, we can install and update it for you free of charge.
