Acer's Chromebook Vero is designed with sustainability at its core, emphasising the eco-friendly approach of Reduce, Re-use, Recycle. The body of the Chromebook Vero is made using 30% recycled plastic and can be easily dismantled for repairing or upgrading.
The box is made from over 90% recycled materials, plastic bags are replaced with paper sleeves to ensure it can all be easily recycled again. It also features a 12th generation Intel Core i5 processor and a 14" Full HD display, as well as Google's Chrome OS with its cloud backups and integrated anti-virus. PCR Plastic – PCR stands for 'Post Consumer Recycled', meaning the material used in the Vero's body & keyboard is plastic that would otherwise end up in landfill. Reusable packaging – as well as using recycled materials and being recyclable again, the Vero's box can even be transformed into a laptop stand for an even smaller carbon footprint.
