This laptop came to us in a batch of machines that had been setup previously but never actually put in to service - it is brand new and unused. The battery report confirms 100% of the original charge capacity is still remaining. Just a couple of very small marks to the casing exterior from storage - the screen, keyboard, and touchpad are all perfect.
