What does refurbished mean?

Many of our products have never been used, they could be unwanted returns, ex-display goods, cancelled orders as well as products with issues that needed attention.  

Where parts (such as hard drives, RAM, batteries, etc.) need replacing, we install and setup everything to make sure it works just as it should. We perform capacity checks on laptop batteries and if they return less than 70% of their original design capacity then they are replaced.

Cosmetically, the majority of our stock is excellent. Refurbished doesn't mean damaged or broken - we do sometimes get products with cosmetic marks to the body, edges and casings.  Anything worth mentioning will be listed in the product description. If nothing specific is mentioned then you can be confident that you will receive a fully operational product with very little signs of any previous use.
