This laptop came to us in a batch of machines that had been setup previously but never actually put in to service - it is brand new and unused. The battery report shows just 2 charge cycles (the most recent being us for the operating install and all the updates), it still offers 100% of the original charge capacity.
A brand new machine just missing its original box, the edge plastic covers are still in place. There are a couple of light surface marks to the casing lid, just from storage. It is of course doing exactly as it should, it has been reset, reinstalled, upgraded, fully updated, and reboxed, and is now ready for immediate use. A really fast and responsive laptop.
We have upgraded the RAM on this laptop to 16GB DDR4. If you would prefer Windows 10 Pro then just ask, we can swap it over for you free of charge.
