This is a new and unused laptop, it came to us in a batch of machines that were initially setup but never put in to service. We have installed Windows 11 Pro (if you would prefer Windows 10 Pro then just let us know). It has been updated with all available updates from both Dell and Microsoft, ready to go straight out of the box.
Dell Warranty to 1st November 2024, then the balance to 12 months with us directly.
We have upgraded the ram in this laptop, it now has 32GB DDR4 3200mhz. We have also installed a brand new 512GB NVME SSD, it is lightning quick with no compromise on storage space.

We have downloaded and installed all updates from both Microsoft and Dell - power it on, connect to your WIFI (or wired internet) and that is it, you are ready to go.
The battery report confirms 100% battery health and just a couple of charge cycles (being us for the Windows install). Cosmetically and functionally it is as it should be - brand new and unused.
