This laptop came to us in a batch of machines that had been setup previously but never actually put in to service - it is brand new and unused. We have performed a clean installation of Windows 11, downloaded and installed all available updates and it is now ready for immediate use. The battery report confrims it still offers 100% of the original charge capacity.
A brand new machine just missing its original box, there may be tiny surface marks to the casing, just from storage. It is of course doing exactly as it should, it has been reset, reinstalled, upgraded, fully updated, and reboxed, it is a very fast and responsive laptop.
