THESE LAPTOPS HAVE NEVER BEEN USED. THEY CAME TO US AS A BATCH OF MACHINES THAT WERE SETUP BUT NEVER ACTUALLY PUT IN TO SERVICE.
There are some storage marks to the casing (lid and base) which is why this laptop is classed as refurbished, light scratching only. We have added more RAM and installed the latest version of Windows 10 Pro (if you would prefer 11 Pro then just ask).

We have downloaded and installed all updates from both Microsoft and Dell - they are now ready for immediate use. The battery report shows just 1 charge cycle, being from us for the latest updates, it still offers 100% of the original charge capacity.
