We have performed a fresh install of the latest version of Windows 11, downloaded and installed all available updates from both HP and Microsoft.
Supplied in excellent condition, and everything doing just as it should. One of the rubber base strips was missing so we have replaced it with an aftermarket strip, it still does just as it should. Fully updated and thoroughly tested by our in-house experts, everything working just as it should.
The battery reports show excellent health, still offering 99% of the original charge capacity (that's just under 41Wh from an original figure of 41,005mWh).
We have upgraded the RAM on this laptop, it now has 8GB.
