Supplied in very good condition, with everything doing exactly as it should. There are a couple of light scratches to the lid, the rest of the machine is excellent, a very well looked after example. The screen, keyboard and touchpad are all perfect
We have downloaded and installed all updates from both Microsoft and Dell - power it on, connect to your WIFI (or wired internet) and that is it, you are ready to go.
The battery report shows excellent health, it still offers over 93% of the original charge capacity. (59Wh/63Wh).
