This laptop is in excellent condition, it has not been used extensively, the battery report shows it is still offering over 99% of the original battery charge capacity. Everything is doing exactly as it should, we have installed all available updates from HP & Microsoft - it is now ready for immediate use.
We have upgraded the spec on this laptop, this model normally comes with only 4GB of RAM, it now has 16GB.
This laptop currently has Windows 11 installed, if you would prefer Windows 10 then just let us know, we'll install and update it for you free of charge.
