This laptop came to us in a batch of machines that had been setup but never actually put in to service - it has never been used. The battery report shows just 1 charge cycle, being us for the latest updates, it still offers 100% of the original charge capacity.
PLEASE NOTE: Dispite it never having been used, there is a small area on the screen which appears a little lighter than the rest, only visible on a darker background but there if you look for it. It won't spread or grow - please see latter 3 photographs to show it with varying backgrounds.
It is because of this screen imperfection that we have listed this as refurbished, and adjusted the price.
Dell warranty still active until 14th May 2025 - the balance of the 12 months would be with us directly.
