This brand new laptop that has never been used, it came to us in a batch of machines that had been setup, but never actually put in to service. The battery report confirms just 1 charge cycle, and it still offers 100% of the original charge capacity.
The Lenovo warranty has two levels of service, currently running on their Premier On-Site warranty to 8th August 2025, then a further 2 years on the standard depot/courier warranty service.
