Supplied in perfect working order, and in very good cosmetic condition. There are some light surface marks to the lid exterior, certainly nothing particularly unsightly. The screen, keyboard, and touchpad are all perfect. The battery report still shows 100% of the original charge capacity.
We have downloaded and installed all available updates. It is of course doing exactly as it should, it has been reset, reinstalled, reboxed, and is now ready for immediate use. A really fast and responsive laptop.
