Supplied in excellent condition, this laptop has not had a great deal of previous use. The battery report confirms excellent health, still offering over 99% of the original charge capacity.  It is a decent sized battery in this model too, so that equates to 53,610mWh from an original figure of 54,000mWh.

It been reset, had a fresh install of Windows 11 Pro (20th November 2024), RAM upgraded to 16GB, and is now ready for immediate use. 

There are some light surface marks to the casing, the sort you can see but not feel if you were to run your hand over them.  The screen, keyboard, and touchpad are all perfect.

All the time consuming setup already done for you - and offered here with a significant discount, the RRP of this laptop direct from Dell was £1,027, and that was before the upgrade to 16GB RAM or the extended warranty (our price includes VAT and delivery).

We have downloaded and installed all updates from both Microsoft and Dell - they are now ready for immediate use. It is currently running Windows 11 Pro.
