This laptop has a small light spot to the left corner of the screen (please see latter photos), and a short hairline crack to the lid casing behind it. It looks like something has pressed on the casing, made the small crack and resulted in the light spot to the screen.
The light spot on the screen is not particularly visible during normal use, but there if you look for it. It won't spread (unless you further damaged it!), and this laptop is of course covered by our 12 month warranty aside from this issue.
It is doing exactly as it should, it has been reset, reinstalled, upgraded, fully updated, and reboxed, and is now ready for immediate use. A really fast and responsive laptop.
We have upgraded the RAM on this laptop to 16GB DDR4. If you would prefer Windows 10 Pro then just ask, we can swap it over for you free of charge.
