Supplied in excellent cosmetic order, with everything doing just as it should. Just a few surface marks to the lid but nothing unsightly nor anything to prevent proper use. The screen, keyboard, touchpad and palmrest area are all excellent.
This laptop came to us with no battery nor SSD - we have installed a brand new genuine Dell 58Wh battery, and a brand new 512GB NVME SSD - it has had a clean install of Windows 11 Pro, so it is now ready for immediate use.
