This is an unused machine and is supplied in perfect condition. It has sat in stock at one of our regular suppliers without being used. When it came to us, we reset it, reinstalled Windows, and applied all available updates from both Microsoft and Dell. We ran a battery check and there had been some battery degradation so we have swapped the battery for a brand new genuine Dell replacement.
