This batch of laptops are all in very good condition, only minor surface marks to the casing. The screens, keyboards and touchpads are all perfect and everything is doing exactly as it should, they are ready for immediate use. The battery reports show excellent health, still offering at least 78% of the original battery charge capacity.

The system drive in this laptop is an NVME SSD, which basically means that it is incredibly quick. An NVME drive is around 4 times faster than a standard SSD and up to 20 times faster than a traditional HDD.
We have performed a fresh install of the latest version of Windows 11 Pro (ver 22H2), downloaded and installed all available updates including the latest Windows 11 version, so it is ready for immediate use. Power it on, connect to your WIFI (or wired network) and that's it, everything set up for you.
We have also run the Dell Support Assist System Update (everything passed perfectly) and installed all recommended updates from Dell.
