Everything operating just as it should and supplied in very good cosmetic condition - there are a few surface marks to the casing (mainly the lid) but the screen, keyboard and touchpad are all perfect. The screen bezel (the plastic part the goes around the screen), was cracked when removing during the cleaning process, it doesn't have any detrimental affect, please see latter photograph.
