Very little previous use, this laptop still offers excellent battery health (95% of the original charge capacity). Cosmetically it is excellent and doing exactly as it should, just a couple of surface marks to the lid. The screen, keyboard and touchpad are all perfect.
Just as a new laptop would be but with all the time consuming setup already done for you - and offered here with a significant discount, the current RRP of this laptop direct from Dell (with just the 256GB SSD not the upgrade to 16GB ram) is £1,027 - admittedly you can get them cheaper than that elsewhere, around £800 ish (our price includes VAT and delivery).
We have downloaded and installed all updates from both Microsoft and Dell - they are now ready for immedaite use. It is currently running Windows 10 Pro, if you would prefer Windows 11 Pro then just let us know, we will upgrade and update to the latest version for you free of charge.
