Excellent battery health (at least 98% of the original charge capacity). Some surface marks to the casing but certainly nothing serious nor anything to prevent proper use. Every function of this laptop is performing just as it should.
All the time consuming setup already done for you - we have downloaded and installed all updates from both Microsoft and Dell - they are now ready for immediate use. Currently running Windows 11 Pro, just let us know if you would prefer Windows 10 Pro.
