This laptop is in excellent condition. We have performed a fresh install of the latest version of Windows 11, downloaded and installed all available updates from both Dell and Microsoft, so it is ready for immediate use.

This is actually a brand new and unused laptop, it still has some of the new plastic coverings in place - we have described it as "refurbished" as there some marks to the plastic casing. It looks like somebody has tried to remove the base from the wrong side and caused these small marks to the plastic. Please see latter photographs.
The battery report still confirms 100% of the original charge capacity and just 2 charge cycles, being us for the reinstall and updates. Aside from the marks to the underside, the screen, keyboard and touchpad are all perfect.
Just as a new laptop would be but with all the time consuming setup already done for you - and offered here with a significant discount, the current RRP of this laptop direct from Dell (with just 256GB SSD and 8GB ram) is over £1,000 - admittedly you can get them cheaper than that elsewhere, around £900 ish. Our price includes VAT and delivery and has the upgraded SSD and RAM.
We have downloaded and installed all updates from both Microsoft and Dell - they are now ready for immedaite use. It is currently running Windows 11 Pro, if you would prefer Windows 10 Pro then just let us know, we will install and update it for for you free of charge.
