Supplied in full working order but the casing does show signs of previous use a little over and above what we would normally expect. They are not horrendous, but certainly visible - just ask if you would like photos. The screen, keyboard and touchpad are all excellent (only very minor marks) and everything is doing just as it should - it is a very fast and responsive laptop.
We have downloaded and installed all updates from both Microsoft and Dell - power it on, connect to your WIFI (or wired internet) and that is it, you are ready to go.
The battery report shows excellent health, it still offers over 70% of the original charge capacity. (44,490mWh from an original figure of 63,004mWh).
