We have several of this model, all supplied in very good condition, with everything doing exactly as it should. There are some small areas of wear to the exterior surface coatings (corners/edges mainly), nothing hugely unsightly and certainly nothing to prevent proper use, the rest of the machine is excellent. The screens, keyboard and touchpad areas are all perfect.
We have downloaded and installed all updates from both Microsoft and Dell - power it on, connect to your WIFI (or wired internet) and that is it, you are ready to go.
The battery reports show excellent health, still offering over 84% of the original charge capacity. (minimum of 53Wh/62Wh).
