The latest version of this laptop model number with an Intel i5 12th generation processor and now 16GB of RAM, it is doing exactly as it should and ready for immediate use straight out of the box.
Both rear corners of the lid have had a chip of the plastic come away, please see the latter 2 pictures. We could swap the lid (the part is about £40), but thought as it doesn't affect function at all we'd just put this one out with a little more discount. There are some surface marks to the base of this laptop, and a few light marks to the lid.
The screen, keyboard and palmrest are all perfect.
